World Leading Road Assessments

Anditi is a global expert in spatial analytics, extracting a wide range of road safety attributes and road corridor assets from remote sensing data. With our RoadViewer technology, we are the only company in the world accredited by the International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) for the use of LiDAR in Star Rating assessments.

We are the only AiRAP accredited company for the Accelerated and Intelligent extraction of the road safety attributes required for Star Rating of roads from mobile LiDAR and 360-degree imagery, and we specialise in extracting maximum value from remote sensing data—transforming aerial, mobile, terrestrial LiDAR and imagery into actionable intelligence. These capabilities are supported by our RoadCoder software which has been developed specifically for editing of data and quality control of outputs from automated feature extraction

Having received multiple awards for Innovation and Excellence in Geospatial services from the world over, we are trusted leaders that excel in automated road asset and attribute detection. Combining cutting-edge AI and advanced signal processing, Anditi delivers scalable, high-impact geospatial solutions for infrastructure management, trusted by clients the world over.

Why is our AiRAP inspection system important?

Traditionally, Star Rating of roads has been undertaken using imagery/video footage of the road system, from which someone manually codes each of the attributes. Manual coding is a complex task, typically requiring someone to assess up to approximately
130 street level images per km
to identify the presence, character and location of approximately 78 road safety attributes.

These assessed attributes then need to be ranked according to the risk they pose to road users, however this method requires coders to make thousands of decisions per kilometre. This is compounded during vital quality control and data audit procedures, which are performed the exact same way. These require more experienced coders, and the result is that the overall process, is more expensive, time-consuming, subject to large variability and has a massively reduced scale of operation.

The AiRAP initiative focuses on utilising all kinds of data sources – 360-degree panoramic imagery, mobile and aerial LIDAR, telematics and others – to support automatic, repeatable and scalable methods of road safety assessment. Our system is specifically designed to simplify the process and move away from manual iRAP coding, providing higher accuracy and more consistency, vital to improving road safety.

What does that mean for you?

Classified Point-Clouds

Seamlessly fuse massive datasets from diverse sources, enabling fast, accurate assessments for road condition, asset inventories, and road safety within the road corridor.

From line markings and kerbs to powerlines, safety barriers, and pedestrian crossings, we automate the detection and classification of critical infrastructure features to support smarter, safer environments.

More For Less

In addition to generating AiRAP Star Rating road assessments, we provide an array of other road corridor services, including bridge clearance, asset management and collision detection for oversized vehicles.

Anditi is always looking to increase the value and utilisation of any LiDAR and imagery dataset once captured, giving our clients much more, for much less.

RoadViewer 3D Portal

Our cloud-based web portal allows LiDAR and imagery to be uploaded and accessed from anywhere in the world, with a range of features to facilitate in-depth analysis on the go.

Import/export of multiple file types, measurements, annotations, and seamless work with other geospatial software, providing an unparalleled combination of geospatial analytics and visualisation from any location.
